Bhopawar is a small village in Sardarpur Tahsil lies about 9 km to the south of Sardarpur, the tahsil headquarters. It is about 40 km from Dhar. Bhopawar is famous for the temple dedicated to Shantinatha the 16th Jain Tirthankara. The Jains regard the place sacred. The Annual fair held on 10th Dark day of the Paushya month corresponding to December/January, attracts thousands of persons. The village can be reached by road only. Buses are available from Dhar and Sardarpur to Bhopwar.
