Every month financial assistance is provided to the Kalyani (widow) residing in the state for providing social security and subsistence. |

1. Age of Kalyani (widow) between 18 to 79 years. 2. Beneficiary should not be income tax payer. 3. Not a government employee / officer 4. Kalyani is not receiving family pension 5. Not required BPL. 6. Kalyani is not receiving any other pension scheme benefits |
Benefits to the beneficiary |
600 / – Per month by the state government to Kalyani (widow) of 18 years and 79 years . |
How to avail the scheme (Point-wise complete application process) |
1. Complete the prescribed application form 2. Two photos 3. Samagra I.D. 4. Aadhaar Number 5. Mobile Number 6. Bank Pass Book 7. Age proof certificate 8. Husband’s death certificate 9. Self attested declaration of not being an income tax payer 10. Self Certified Declaration Form of Non-Government Employee / Officer 11. Self attested declaration of not receiving Kalyan family pension 12. Self Certified Declaration Form of Kalyani not receiving any other pension scheme benefits. 13. It is necessary to be a native of Madhya Pradesh. All the above documents are submitted to the Municipal Office and pension can be accepted as per eligibility or can also be obtained by applying in Public Service Guarantee. |

1. On being Kalyani (widow) of 18 years to 79 years 2. Welfare should not be income tax payer 3. Not a government employee / officer 4. Kalyani is not receiving family pension 5. BPL Has no bond 6. Kalyani is not receiving any other pension scheme benefits.
Benefits:
On being a Kalyani (widow) of 18 years and 79 years, the state government provides Rs 600 per month.

1. Complete the prescribed application form
2. Two photos of Applicant
3. Composite I.D.
4. Aadhaar Number
5. Mobile Number
6. Bank Pass Book
7. Age proof certificate
8. Husband’s death certificate
9. Self attested declaration of not being an income tax payer
10. Self certified declaration of not being a government employee / officer
11. Self attested declaration of not receiving Kalyan family pension
12. Self Certified Declaration Form of Kalyani not receiving any other pension scheme benefits
13. It is necessary to be a native of Madhya Pradesh.
All the above mentioned documents are submitted to the District Panchayat in the rural area and the Municipality / Municipal Council in the urban area, as per eligibility, or pension can be obtained by applying in the Public Service Guarantee.
