Benefits to the beneficiary |
Rs. 200 / – to per month by the Central Government and Rs. 400/- Per month by the state government to widow.Thus, the amount of Rs. 600 / – per month is given to the beneficiary from March 2019. |
How to avail the scheme (Point-wise complete application process) |
1. Complete the prescribed application form 2. Two photos 3. Samagra I.D. 4. Aadhaar Number 5. Mobile Number 6. Bank Pass Book 7. BPL Card 8. Age proof certificate 9. Death certificate of husband 10. It is necessary to be a native of Madhya Pradesh. All the above documents are submitted to the Municipality Office and pension can be accepted as per eligibility or can also be obtained by applying in Public Service Guarantee. |
Beneficiary:
1. Widow woman above 40 years of age 2. Name must have in B.P.L. Family list.
Benefits:
1. 200 rupees per month to the widow woman by the Central Government and Rs. 400 per month by the State Government Thus, from March 2019, the amount of Rs. 600 / - will be given to the beneficiary. Are supplied every month.

2. Two photos of myself
3. Composite I.D.
4. Aadhaar Number
5. Mobile Number
6. Bank Pass Book
7. BPL Card
8. Age proof certificate
9. Death certificate of husband
10. It is necessary to be a native of Madhya Pradesh.
All the above mentioned documents are submitted to the Gram Panchayat / Janpad Panchayat in the rural area and the Municipality / Municipal Council in the urban area, as per eligibility, or the pension can be obtained by applying in the Public Service Guarantee.
