Ladli Laxmi Yojana

Ladli Laxmi Yojana – has been implemented in Madhya Pradesh with effect from 01.04.2007 for the purpose of positive thinking towards child birth, improvement in sex ratio, improvement in educational status and health status of girls and laying the foundation for their good future.

According to the plan, parents of Madhya Pradesh who have two or less children and who have adopted family planning prior to applying for registration in the scheme and who are not income tax payers, such child children who are not an Anganwadi in the state Registered in the center and whose attendance at Anganwadi should be regular.Or a girl who is residing in an orphanage or a girl’s maintenance home in the state and whose birth date is on or after 01 January 2006 will be eligible for the scheme. 3. If the girl is registered in the scheme, 01 year of the girl child If the child is the first child of their parents, then the second child was born within 1 year of birth.4. But if both first and second children have been born before 1 April 2007, registration of such girls can be done within one year i.e. 31 March 2008 from the date of commencement of the scheme.
